:Bendigedig! That's more or less what we do on cy-Weiki too, Gwikor! A period of grace, a second chance for them or others to improve the article. [https://cy.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nodyn:Gwella We have a small banner] which we put on the article using the word <nowiki>{{Gwella}}</nowiki> which suggests that that the article should be improved otherwise it could be taken down. We wait a few weeks (I think there's a back-log of a few months actually!) then we delete. We have a two paragraph minimum too. We also delete crap which is obviously done by Google Translate, or as vandalism, immediately. At the end of the day, you as a Wiki can create any rules you like, so don't listen to me!
