We wait a few weeks (I think there's a back-log of a few months actually!) then we delete. We have a two paragraph minimum too. We also delete crap which is obviously done by Google Translate, or as vandalism, immediately. At the end of the day, you as a Wiki can create any rules you like, so don't listen to me!
