Berrskrif

Deskrifans
English: Longshore drift at work, Dungeness The succession of shingle ridges that form the Dungeness peninsula are the result of thousands of years of longshore drift. This is caused by the waves constantly hitting the beach at an oblique angle and rolling along it, moving the shingle as it does so.
